Saddle Fit Evaluation
$150 + applicable travel fees (waived for West Michigan, quoted on an individual basis for farther-out appointments)
What's included:

Pre-visit questionnaire about your horse's history, training level, and any concerns

Evaluation of your horse's conformation, muscling, and asymmetries

Static assessment of your saddle(s) on your horse (tree width, panel contact, balance, symmetry)

Observation of horse and rider together under saddle at walk, trot, and canter

Analysis of saddle impact on movement and performance

Written report with findings, specific recommendations, & next steps

Spot flocking if necessary to address saddle fit and normal flocking compression (+$25)
followup Appointment
$50 + applicable travel fees
For additional saddle trials or followup after a saddle purchase. No fee if the appointment results in a saddle purchase.
Full Strip & Reflock
$350
Complete removal and replacement of wool flocking for any kind of English saddle. Recommended when panels are uneven, lumpy, or too compressed to adjust with onsite spot flocking. Restores proper saddle balance, cushion, and contact. Turnaround time typically 1 week; saddle owner is responsible for any related shipping costs or for dropoff/pickup of saddle at mutually agreed location.
Billet Replacement
$45 per billet
New billet straps for secure, reliable girth attachment. Essential when leather shows wear, cracking, or stretching. All billets must be replaced at once, for safety reasons. Surcharge may apply if billets are hard to access, quoted in advance. Turnaround time typically 1 week; saddle owner is responsible for any related shipping costs or for dropoff/pickup of saddle at mutually agreed location.
