ABOUT ME
Brittany Hunter, Independent Saddle Fitter
I'm a lifelong equestrian and Society of Master Saddlefitters Apprentice. I have over two decades of experience competing as an adult amateur and many years spent studying classical horsemanship and biomechanics. I ride dressage, but I love fitting saddles and riders from all disciplines, both English and Western.
My journey into professional saddle fitting grew from watching and feeling my horses transform when their tack truly fit them—and from the frustration of navigating saddle purchases without skilled, empathetic, impartial guidance.

I'm currently bringing up my next young horse Aurora (Quarter Horse reg. name High Driftin Dawn). It takes a village, and I'm privileged to be a part of the team at Kristen Chasnis Dressage and clinic regularly with Katrina Hiller, Suzanne Galdun, & Kimberly Dunlap.​
My Qualifications
I'm a lifelong learner with a strong belief in continuous education. Unlike some saddle reps out there, I'm in the saddle 5x a week on multiple horses -- competing, training, and trail riding. In addition to saddle time, I have the following credentials:

Prior to becoming a saddlefitter, I ran a custom software development consultancy with $12 million revenue in my care. I apply the same degree of rigor, communication, and support to my relationships with my saddle clients, horses, and vendors.
