Our horses are our heroes—they carry us, trust us, and give us their best ride after ride. They deserve equipment that honors that partnership.

The ancient Greeks believed in a paradise called the Elysian Fields, a place reserved for heroes. Don't we all crave that for our horses? Moving freely, comfortably, performing at their best. That's the experience proper saddle fit creates—not just the absence of pain, but the presence of ease, power, and joy in movement.

Saddle fitting shouldn't be hard, confusing, or stressful. At Elysian Saddlery, I bring professional expertise directly to your barn, making it simple to give your horse the comfort and freedom they need to truly shine. Whether you're troubleshooting a saddle that doesn't quite work, exploring your next saddle purchase, or maintaining fit with a routine fit check, reflocking, and repair, I'm here to guide you with clarity, honesty, and care.

My name is Brittany Hunter. I'm a lifelong equestrian specializing in dressage with over two decades of experience competing as an adult amateur and many years spent studying classical horsemanship and biomechanics. My journey into professional saddle fitting grew from watching and feeling horses transform when their tack truly fit them—and from the frustration of navigating saddle purchases without skilled, impartial guidance.

As an avid rider, I'm bringing up my next young horse under the guidance of Kimberly Dunlap, Suzanne Galdun, and Katie Hiller. This gives me a unique perspective on the challenges that serious riders face, especially amateurs juggling career, life, and horses. I love working with riders of all levels and english disciplines. (I don't fit western yet -- but hope to learn someday!)
